The Pennsylvania High School Softball Coaches Association released their all-state softball teams on Friday. Emma Paul was named by the TribLive High School Sports Network as their Girls Athlete of the Year! Paul led Armstrong to championship appearances in both girls basketball and softball. She was also a Big 56 first-team selection in both sports. For complete article, click here.
