TIGERS TAKE BATTLE OF DEFENDING CHAMPIONS, 61-59

Photo Credit Will McBride By Jonathan Spina Friday night pitted the defending WPIAL 6A champion North Allegheny Tigers against the defending WPIAL Class 5A champion Chartiers Valley Colts. Highlands Holds Off Plum For Section Win

Highlands used a big second quarter to jump out to a double digit lead and were able to hold off Plum’s late rally for a 53-50 road section win.
