Mars soars past Shaler, 74-61

Shaler suffered their first section loss of the season as they fell to Mars, 74-61, in a Section 3-5A game Tuesday night. Marina Manuppelli hit .692 (9-for-13) in a pair of doubleheader sweeps last week for Geneva College. She finished the week with 11 RBIs, three doubles, a home run and a pair of runs scored.
