Two Wolverines Sign Softball Letters of Intent

Two Woodland Hills softball stars have signed Letters of Intent during a signing ceremony at the high school.

Seniors Emily Carpenter and Dayna Calloway will continue their athletic and academic careers after completing their Wolverine tenure this spring.

Carpenter has committed to play softball at University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg while Calloway will play softball at LaRoche College.

Calloway is a three-year captain on the Wolverines softball team and has been recognized the last two years as honorable mention and second-team all-section softball player. Last year, Calloway finished with a .474 BA, .500 OBP, and 12 stolen bases.

Carpenter is a two-year captain and was recognized as honorable mention all-section catcher in 2017 with a .351 BA, .467 OBP, 13 stolen bases,  and a .929 SB percentage.
