In Class 6A, the top six teams in Section 1-6A qualify for the postseason. If there is a tie for sixth place and the teams split the regular season series, both teams will qualify for the playoffs. In Class 5A, the top four in each section make the playoffs. If there is a tie for fourth place and the teams split the regular season series then both teams will qualify
