Woodland Hills Boys Basketball Continues to Roll With Win Against Fox Chapel
Woodland Hills’ improbable run to the Class 6A WPIAL semifinals last year has carried over to the 2017-18 season. The Wolverines have started the season 5-0 and 2-0 in Section 3-AAAAAA after a 75-60 win against previously undefeated Fox Chapel.
Junior Tre’Mon Josey scored 20 of his team-high 22 points in the second half to lead the Wolverines. Fellow junior Keandre Bowles added 17 points.
Seniors Carson Cohen and Dom McGriff led the Foxes with 26 and 24 points, respectively.
Woodland Hills will go on the road in a section game at Hempfield on Friday, while Fox Chapel will look to get back on the winning track when they host Penn Hills.
