Madi Beining Gives Verbal Commitment To Gannon University
North Allegheny sophomore pitcher Madi Beining has given a verbal commitment to Division II Gannon University to continue her softball career. As a freshman last season, Beining made a splash with the Lady Tigers, posting a 7-2 record with a scant ERA of 1.14. Displaying tremendous control, Beining struck out 46 batters while walking only seven in 49 innings of work. Along with senior pitcher, and older sister Sami Beining, the siblings are expected to lead North Allegheny as one of the top contenders in Quad-A softball in 2014.
