Alumni Update – Peters Township’s Bobby Finn

Posted on:

Bobby Finn had the hot bat for the Saint Vincent College Bearcats last week, hitting .364 (8 for 22) with four home runs, a double, 12 RBI, five runs scored and 21 total bases during the 4-2 week.

He slugged three home runs in a 16-11 game two win over Waynesburg University on Saturday. The junior first baseman became just the second Bearcat in modern history to hit three home runs in a single game — and the first to hit two in one inning.

Finn compiled a .955 slugging percentage and a .464 on-base percentage last week.

The Peters Township graduate was named Presidents’ Athletic Conference Player of the Week for his performance.
