Alumni Update – Gateway’s Tom Kronka
Tom Kromka averaged a double-double last week for 2-0 Saint Vincent College. The senior forward averaged 19.5 points and 11.5 rebounds and shot 46.9 percent (15-of-32) from the floor in wins over Penn State-Fayette and Pitt-Greensburg.
Kromka also chipped in 3.0 blocks per contest. In Saturday night’s win over UPG, Kromka recorded his 11th career double-double, totaling 21 points and a career-high 15 boards. The 15 rebounds are the most in a single game by a PAC player so far this season.
The Gateway graduate was Presidents’ Athletic Conference Player of the Week for his performance.
