Alumni Update – Thomas Jefferson’s Eric Fairman

Eric Fairman registered a .471 batting average (8 for 17) with three extra-base hits, including two doubles, and tallied six RBI, 10 runs scored, three walks and four stolen bases, as California University of Pa. posted a 3-2 record last week.

On Wednesday night, he finished with a double, two RBI, two runs scored, two walks and two stolen bases in a 15-9 victory over West Liberty University.

Fairman then finished a combined 3 for 7 with three RBI, four runs scored, one walk and two stolen bases on Friday in a doubleheader split versus Slippery Rock University at Wild Things Park.

On Sunday, he went 4 for 7 with one RBI and four runs scored in a pair of games, as Cal U split the season series at Slippery Rock.

The Thomas Jefferson graduate was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division Athlete of the Week.
