Alumni Update – Plum’s Patrick Crossey

Posted on:

Patrick Crossey had a PAC season-best 15 stops (four solo) in Saturday night’s 35-14 PAC victory at Westminster College for Case Western Reserve University.

The Spartans’ co-captain played a pivotal role in holding the Titans scoreless over the game’s final 30 minutes, registering six tackles in the second half.

He intercepted a first-and-goal pass at the Case Western Reserve one-yard line with just over two minutes remaining and returned it 55 yards to the Westminster 44-yard line, setting up a game-clinching 18-yard touchdown run by Zach Hall with 1:33 to play. Crossey is averaging 7.0 tackles per game this season.

The Plum graduate was named Presidents’ Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Game for his performance.
