Alumni Update – Plum’s Jake Chapla
Jake Chapla was perfect in the kicking game for Slippery Rock University, scoring 10 points in a 42-34 loss on the road at West Chester University.
Chapla converted field goals of 30 and 31 yards and was 4 for 4 on PAT attempts.
He also averaged 62.4 yards per kickoff and pinned two of his three punts inside the 20-yard line on the day.
The Plum graduate earned Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West Division Special Teams Player of the Week.
