Alumni Update – Pine-Richland’s Joe Professori
La Roche’s Joe Professori came up big for La Roche University in the final week of the regular season to help his team secure the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference regular season title and hosting rights for the upcoming postseason tournament.
Professori scored at least one run in all but one game, while recording hits in six out of eight games.
Professori recorded hits when his team needed them and made them count, as he recorded 11 runs, eight RBI, three home runs and seven walks in a 7-1 week for the Redhawks.
The Pine-Richland graduate was named AMCC Baseball Player of the Week for his performance.
