Alumni Update – North Allegheny’s Ben Marsico
Ben Marsico tossed 6.0 shutout innings in Washington & Jefferson’s 4-0 win over No. 19 La Roche College in Saturday’s season opener.
The junior right-hander allowed just three hits and struck out four, outdueling reigning Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Pitcher of the Year, Tre Thomas, to help the Presidents secure the victory.
The North Allegheny graduate was named Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Pitcher of the Week for his performance.
