Alumni Update – Mars’ Marina Manuppelli
Marina Manuppelli hit .692 (9-for-13) in a pair of doubleheader sweeps last week for Geneva College.
She finished the week with 11 RBIs, three doubles, a home run and a pair of runs scored.
Manuppelli drilled a three-run walk-off homer in last Wednesday’s 5-4 game one victory over Carnegie Mellon University.
In last Tuesday’s sweep of league foe Washington & Jefferson College, she went 5-for-6 with seven RBIs and a pair of doubles.
The Mars graduate was named Presidents’ Athletic Conference (PAC) Hitter of the Week for her performance.
